Greenspring was founded by

CHRISTOPHER BOCKMANN

With a French-Norwegian multi-cultural background, Christopher brings over 10 years experience as a team coach. His career has been a journey through various roles in organisational and executive development.

This journey has sharpened his curiosity and ability to sense and adapt to different environments, skills he leverages in every project he undertakes.

Christopher's expertise lies in navigating the complexities of global organisations and distributed leadership teams, drawing on his consulting and coaching experience.

He has dedicated over 15 years to facilitating post-merger integrations for leading global law firms, Clifford Chance and Linklaters. He started his career supporting the EU's enlargement efforts with the European Commission in the 1990s.

Christopher holds an Executive Masters in Organizational Psychology and Coaching from INSEAD, France, and a degree in Political Sciences from Cambridge University, UK.

He has published on various aspects of leadership including transitions, collaboration and group decision-making and is a regular speaker at conferences (see « news » for more details).

Fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Norwegian, he bridges cultural divides in his work.

Beyond his professional activity, Christopher is committed to supporting women entrepreneurs through his pro bono work with the Cartier Woman’s Initiative Awards.

Greenspring teams up with

a diverse international team of coaches and consultants with whom Christopher shares a long-standing professional relationship with. The unique composition of these team who share a common mindset and methodology is carefully chosen to align with the specific needs of each client’s corporate culture and change initiatives.

Christopher regularly coaches on INSEAD's executive programmes and is an associate partner at the Kets de Vries Institute (KDVI).
